Under the direction of our Mediators, you and the other party will have an opportunity to present your issues and concerns to a neutral, third party who will guide you in developing a mutually agreed upon confidential agreement between you and the other party that will be written down and signed by both parties in the matter.

Our rates for providing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mediation Services are very affordable: $100.00 per hour,

This fee includes the time it takes to come to a mutual agreement and resolution of the matter at hand.

Once a mutually agreed upon resolution to the dispute is obtained, a written agreement will be prepared that contains the facts, issues and mutually agreed upon resolution for the issue at hand.
